Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is from 16:00. Check-out is at 10:00 to allow for full cleaning and preparation.
Cleaning & Maintenance
The villa is cleaned before arrival. For stays longer than one week, a complimentary mid-stay clean is provided. Additional cleaning services are available upon request for an extra charge.
Damage Deposit
A refundable damage deposit is taken at check-in. This is returned in full at check-out, subject to inspection and no damages.
Internet Access
Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. Due to the regional infrastructure, occasional interruptions may occur. It is suitable for browsing, emails, and general online use.
Pool & Garden Maintenance
Daily maintenance is carried out between 06:00–08:00 to ensure hygiene and safety. Pool cleaning and garden care are completed discreetly during this time.

🧺 Hijyen ve Temizlik Villada hijyen amaçlı günlük tüketim ürünleri (tuvalet kağıdı, yiyecek, içecek vb.) sağlanmamaktadır.
👨🌾 Doğal Yaşam Villa doğa içerisinde konumlandığından, çevrede böcek, kelebek, sinek gibi haşerelerin bulunma ihtimali vardır. Villalarımızda düzenli ilaçlama yapılmaktadır; ancak doğa koşulları nedeniyle haşere görülmesi mümkündür.
📌 Ovacık Bölgesi Ovacık bölgesinde yer alan villalarımızda, yoğun talep ve altyapı çalışmaları nedeniyle zaman zaman elektrik ve su kesintileri, voltaj düşüklüğü gibi durumlar yaşanabilir.
🛠 Yapım Çalışmaları Yaz sezonu dışında bölgede devam eden inşaat çalışmaları nedeniyle gürültü oluşabilir. Bu durum yalnızca Villa Simge 1’e özel olmayıp, bölgede faaliyet gösteren tüm villalar için geçerlidir.
🔐 Hasar Depozitosu Girişte, kırık, zayi, zarar veya kayıp durumları için 2.000 TL hasar depozitosu alınmaktadır. Villadan çıkış sırasında herhangi bir zarar tespit edilmediği takdirde depozito tamamen iade edilir.
