Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is from 16:00. Check-out is at 10:00 to allow for full cleaning and preparation.
Cleaning & Maintenance
The villa is cleaned before arrival. For stays longer than one week, a complimentary mid-stay clean is provided. Additional cleaning services are available upon request for an extra charge.
Damage Deposit
A refundable damage deposit is taken at check-in. This is returned in full at check-out, subject to inspection and no damages.
Internet Access
Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. Due to the regional infrastructure, occasional interruptions may occur. It is suitable for browsing, emails, and general online use.
Pool & Garden Maintenance
Daily maintenance is carried out between 06:00–08:00 to ensure hygiene and safety. Pool cleaning and garden care are completed discreetly during this time.

Important Notes
⚡️ Electricity, Water & Gas:These utilities are included in the villa rental price and no additional fees are charged. Services such as extra cleaning, fresh bed linens and towels, car rental, guiding services, and health insurance are not included in the rental price.
🧺 Hygiene & Cleaning: Daily consumables for hygiene purposes (such as toilet paper, food, beverages, etc.) are not provided in the villa.
👨🌾 Natural Environment: As the villa is located in a natural setting, there is a possibility of encountering insects such as butterflies, flies, or mosquitoes. Regular pest control is carried out; however, due to natural conditions, the presence of insects cannot be completely prevented.
📌 Ovacık Area: Due to high demand in the Ovacık region, temporary electricity or water outages, infrastructure works, and voltage fluctuations may occasionally occur. 🛠 Construction Works: Outside the peak summer season, construction activities in the area may cause noise. This situation is not specific to Villa Simge 1, but applies to all villas operating in the region.
🔐 Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2,000 TRY is collected upon check-in to cover any breakage, loss, or damage. The full amount will be refunded upon check-out, provided no damage is detected.
